GNPS organises sports day |

Guru Nanak Public School (GNPS), Punjabi Bagh, a premier educational institution of Delhi organized sports day for its nursery wing. Madhup Vyas, Deputy Commissioner of the North-West District was the chief guest on the occasion. The theme of this special day was to “catch them young” for nurturing the future sportsmen of the nation. The sports included Yoga Exercises, belle dance, P.T. etc. The tiny-tots were awarded medals according to their achievements in the games. A race for parents was also arranged for the parents who came along with their small children. |

Shivaji Park residents to get security check stickers |

Resident Welfare Association of Shivaji Park has decided to provide stickers to its Member residents. While making the security check of the area tighter the association has started physical checking of the vehicle entering the area. The security check sticker on a vehicle shall allow it a free flow in the area without any check. |

CA Suresh Goyal bereaved of his father |

Shri Jai Kishan Lal Goyal, a renowned social worker of East Punjabi Bagh area and father of CA Suresh Goyal breathed his last on 1st March 2009. Shri Goyal left behind two sons and four daughters all well settled and having prosperous and happy family life. The “Shanti Path” and “Rasam Pagari” shall be held at Shri Sanatan Dharam Mandir, Road No. 27, East Punjabi Bagh on 13th March 2009 between 3 and 4 p.m. The ‘punjabibagh.com’ extends its heart felt condolences to the bereaved family.
