Sunil Goyal nominated Arbitrator for WIPO |

Sunil Goyal, a High court lawyer and a resident of East Punjabi Bagh, has been nominated as the arbitrator for the Geneva based World Intellectual Property Rights Organization (WIPO).
The nomination is being considered as great achievement for Shri Goyal
as the organization has only about 1500 arbitrators from around 70
countries across the world. The arbitrators have played an important
role in solving disputes regarding trade-mark, patent, license, copy
right etc. A professional and specialist in the field of estate and
money matters, Shri Goyal is also a member of the Indian Council of
Arbitration, a legal-advisor to the games project near Akshardham
Temple etc. Goyal also serves as legal advisor to the IAS officers
from time to time
