Biennial Elections of Maharaja Agarsen Hospital Charitable Trust in March |

General secretary of Maharaja Agarsen Hospital Charitable Trust (MAHCT), Shri Ashok Gupta in a press release, has said that the Control Board of MAHCT in one of its meeting held on January 15 has unanimously decided to hold biennial elections of the Trust on 21st March 2010.
To conduct the elections gracefully and peacefully, Shri Krishanlal
Bansal, a former president of the Trust has been nominated as chief
election officer by the Board. According to the press release the Board
has also decided to hold the AGM of the Trust on 21st March 2010.
On the other hand Shri Ram Kumar Gupta, president of the Trust
condemning the press release has termed Shri Ashok Gupta’s action as
unconstitutional.
